Order processing and delivery
Shipping is available only where an eligible service appears at checkout. Accepted orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days; carrier conditions can change that timing, so it is not guaranteed.
Shipping prices and free-shipping qualification are determined at checkout for the current cart and destination. A customer must supply accurate recipient, street, apartment or suite, city, region, postal code and contact information.
Tracking details are provided when issued. For missing scans, delivery exceptions, damage or a parcel that cannot be found after a delivered scan, send the order number and supporting details to support for investigation.
